I work alongside busy, stressed achievers to help them discover options of how to make changes to their lives - without having to work harder!

Yes that’s right, you won’t have to work harder. The last thing I want to do is add to your workload and stress. My coaching compliments your busy life and focuses on making small but significant changes. Our ultimate goal is for you to be able to think clearly, breathe again and feel like you’re in control of your life.

How did I become a Wellbeing coach & NLP Practitioner?

In 2010 I had a meltdown. I left my well paid corporate job in advertising, rented out my London flat, left my fantastic family and friends and moved to Barcelona where I knew nobody. People said it was a brave, strong, adventurous thing to do. It didn’t feel like that to me. I felt like I had no choice. The desire to leave London and my so-called amazing life was a feeling so strong that I had to act on it. There was no other option in my mind.

What most people didn't know was that I was living with high functioning depression, anxiety, stress-related health problems and food intolerances. I was also dependent on alcohol and cigarettes. You now understand the reason for the meltdown…

In Barcelona I started my mission of self discovery and improvement, trying everything from Meditation, Reiki, EFT and devouring Self Help books. I also found support from a therapist and nutritionist to start finding out more about my mind and body and how I was going to change things.

It wasn't until I started doing the inner work and focussing on my own self-development that things started to change and I had more clarity of not only who I was, but where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do. Life started to make sense and became easier.

I then realised that looking back at that difficult time in 2010, I did have options, and if I'd had the right support and advice at the time, I wouldn’t have reached breaking point. I was running away from what I thought was the problem, but the problem came with me - ME! Until I faced my self-saboteurs, the stress and panic would always be there.

The reason I am here for you today is because I took the extreme route - but you don’t have to. There are ways to make your life work for you now - and it’s such a relief when you realise how you can do this!


I trained with The Coaching Academy and completed my NLP Practitioner with Dr Richard Bandler. Whilst training I also worked as the Operations Manager for the UK’s leading self-development training company, The Best You. This role gave me access to a huge network of experts in the self help world such as... Robert Holden, Michael Neill, Sharon Lechter, Dr Richard Bandler, Paul McKenna, Bernardo Moya, Marisa Peer, Fiona Harrold and many more inspirational speakers and practitioners.
